Here is a little more on each of our backgrounds.

Leon Altman, principal

Leon has been a marketing professional for 28 years. During the Madison Avenue phase of his career, he was a copywriter and creative director at top ad agencies, including Wunderman; Young&Rubicam; BBDO and DDB/Needham. He created highly successful campaigns for accounts ranging from Johnson&Johnson, Merrill Lynch, and Time Magazine, to IBM, Novartis, Ameriprise, NAF Funding, Pfizer, and Aventis Sanofi among others.

During the last 13 years he has been extensively involved in helping companies of all sizes build business using the Internet, as well as offline marketing. He was the top creative consultant to Jim Cramer and theStreet.com, helped launch alibris.com, and build quote.com. His pay per click campaigns and high converting landing pages he wrote enabled custodyHQ.com get off to a successful launch. He has written and helped build sites for hedge funds, asset management firms, healthcare companies, legal services, and others.

In addition, his copywriting has continued to achieve high response and sales conversion rates for clients like Business Financial Publishing and Investorplace Media, among others.

He has also created his own successful websites in the health, finance and real estate related niche.

Ed Forteau, partner

Ed, known as "The Strategic Marketing Coach," is the president of Win/Win professional Marketing & Sales Association. Ed has been a marketing and sales advisor to small businesses and professional practices since 1990. Over the past 7 years he has adapted and perfected his marketing and selling methods for use on the Internet. His innovative techniques have been taught and implemented by hundreds of business owners both in the U.S. and abroad.

Ed's has been written about in Entrepreneur Magazine, City Business, The Business Journal, and countless newspapers. He has also appeared on Radio and Television. He is the creator of highly regarded SEO course, co-author of the book Million Dollar Marketing Secrets, and his marketing and advertising articles have been published in dozens of major professional trade journals, newsletters, magazines, and newspapers.
